Who we are

The Service is operated by Bitficial LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States. For any privacy question, contact us at support@kaampakro.com.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address and authentication details when you sign up (including via Google sign-in, if you choose it).
• Profile content you provide. The professional information you enter — skills, work experience, projects, professional summary, hourly rate, availability, and timezone — used to match and write proposals.
• Job posts and generated content. The Upwork job posts you paste, and the triage scores and proposals we generate from them.
• Derived data. Vector embeddings computed from your profile and the jobs you triage, used to retrieve relevant evidence for proposals.
• Billing data. Subscription status, credit balances, and a customer identifier from our payment processor. Card details are entered directly with Stripe — we never receive or store your full payment card numbers.
• Usage and technical data. Credit-ledger activity, log and diagnostic data, and error reports used to operate and secure the Service.

How we use your information

• To provide the Service — triaging jobs and generating tailored proposals.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and track credit usage.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.
• To diagnose problems, monitor errors, and improve reliability.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, or support requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train our own models.

AI processing

To generate proposals and embeddings, your profile content and the job posts you paste are sent to third-party AI providers (see “Service providers” below) through their APIs. We use these providers under their API terms, which do not use API inputs or outputs to train their models by default. Generated output is grounded in the information you provide — the Service is designed never to invent skills, metrics, or credentials about you.

Service providers (sub-processors)

We share data only with the vendors needed to run the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Anthropic and OpenAI — proposal generation and review.
• Hugging Face — text embeddings for retrieval.
• Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We rely on their respective safeguards for international data transfers.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. Credit and billing records are kept as required for financial and legal purposes. You can delete your content at any time, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@kaampakro.com. Your data is isolated per account and protected by row-level security; data is encrypted in transit.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
